Definitions

Nik and Laura are "the service operators" who maintain this website and coordinate the pick up sites and communications sent out. We connect you, "the customer", with Mike and Sherry Lynch, "the maple producers". The "pickup site hosts" are the volunteers who coordinate with you to let you know where and when you can pick up your order.

Customer Agreement

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms: The customer will

• provide accurate information in your order including a valid email address and phone number. (The Privacy Policy explains how we use this information)
• send payment to Mike and Sherry either via Venmo, Paypal, Zelle or via a mailed check.
• pick up orders within one week of being notified of delivery.
• pick up orders at an appropriate time of day as specified by the site host of the pickup site.
• pick up orders at his/her own risk, and will exclude the maple producers, the service operators, and the pickup site hosts from liability for damages that occur while using this service or picking up orders.

Failure to meet the terms stated above may result in your order being cancelled and may result in you being prohibited from placing orders in the future.

Operator, Producer, and Site Host Agreements

The service operators agree to accurately share your order request with the maple farmers and protect your personal information and use it only in the ways described in the Privacy Policy

The maple producers will prepare and deliver your order to the pick up site that you select when you place your order. If the items delivered to the pickup site for you do not match the items in your order as placed, the maple farmers will coordinate with you to find a suitable resolution.

The pickup site hosts will notify you by email when your order is ready to pick up, inform you of the pickup location and acceptable hours for pickup.

Mailing List Policy

If you request to be added to our mailing list, we will use the email address you provided to notify you about future group orders.

If you are on our mailing list and decide you want to be removed so that you no longer receive emails from us about future group orders, please use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the order announcement emails.

Right to Update Policies

The service operators retain the right to modify these policies for future group orders at which point this page will be updated to reflect those changes.
