Data we collect and how we use it

To place an order, we require that you provide us with your name, email address, and phone number. We will use this information to provide delivery and pick up information to you and to contact you about your order if otherwise necessary. We will use your email address to contact you and will call you only if we have trouble getting in contact with you via email.

We will share your contact information with Mike and Sherry, the maple producers, so they can communicate with you in case of any issues with your order. We will also share your email address with your pickup site host so that you can receive pickup information from them.

We will not share your information with anyone else nor will we sell your information to anyone. We do not use cookies on this site so you don't need to worry about us tracking you in any way.

Protecting your data

We follow industry best practices for protecting your personal information, including encrypting it when transmitting and storing it. If at some point you want your information deleted from our records, let us know and we will delete it within 30 days.
