When you place your order, you'll choose from the list of our many pickup sites around the Baltimore region. You will receive an email from your site host AFTER the orders have been delivered, giving you all the details you'll need in order to pick up your order, including the address.

Yes, please do! You don't need to pick up your order the day it arrives but we do ask that you pick it up within a week of delivery. If you won't be picking up your order within the first couple days, please email your host with your plan so the host knows when you'll be picking up.

Your host will be in touch with you within approximately 24 hours of the delivery with information about how to pick up your order. If you haven't heard anything within 48 hours of the delivery, please contact us.
